During his twelve year tenure as Director of Sales and Marketing with a major U.S. online publisher, the company and its publications experienced dynamic market penetration and growth. That experience, combined with over 32 years of independent business ownership, instilled in him the importance of listening to his customers and responding promptly to their needs and concerns. Mr. Metzger is charged with insuring publication quality, new title development, expanding subscriber benefits and services, and directing corporate growth. He attended Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
