Ms. Collicutt holds a B. Comm. degree from St. Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and has over twenty-three years experience in government and the publishing and insurance industries. Catherine V. Clute, Senior Editor

A Class of 1983 alumnus of Bishop’s University, Quebec, Canada, Ms. Clute graduated with a double major in Economics and Business. She won the University Prize in Business and Economics as well as the prestigious J. Smith Award in Economics. She has held positions as a Senior Economist, Industry Analyst, and Communications Specialist with the Canadian Federal Government. Her unique combination of disciplines trained her to view the business scene from both a private and public sector perspective.

Ms. Clute takes a “cut-to-the-chase”, “Show-me-the-money” coverage of the fast-changing energy and transportation industry developments, and her no-nonsense, analytical style quickly identifies opportunities and their “clear commercial value.”

Richard J. Levangie, Editor

Richard J. Levangie is a veteran writer who has published more than 1,000 articles in most major Candian newspapers, including The Montreal Gazette,The Vancouver Sun, The Mail Star and The Saint John Telegraph- Journal. He's also written for a dozen magazines, includung enRoute,Wine Access, WINE and Endless Vacation.

He holds a Governor-Generals' Medal from the University of King's College- the university's highest award - and degrees in science and journalism.
