Catherine V. Clute: Editor
A Class of 1983 alumna of Bishop’s University, Quebec, Canada, Ms. Clute graduated with a double-major in Business and Economics. She won the University Prize in Business and Economics as well as the prestigious J. Smith Award in Economics.
Her business and journalism career includes positions as Senior Economist with the Canadian Federal Government, Industry Analyst and Communications Specialist. Her unique combination of disciplines trained her to view the business scene from both the private and public sector’s perspective. A published author and journalist, her work has appeared in “Canada’s National Newspaper " The Toronto Globe and Mail, the Ottawa Citizen and a wide range of industry, environmental and health-care publications.
Ms. Clute takes a “cut-to-the-chase, show me the money” approach to today’s energy and transportation industry developments. Her no-nonsense perspective identifies “the clear commercial value” in every article and her analytic style shows our readers “the money”.

Richard J. Levangie: Editor
Richard J. Levangie is a veteran writer who has published more than 1,000 articles in most major Candian newspapers, including The Montreal Gazette,The Vancouver Sun, The Mail Star and The Saint John Telegraph- Journal. He's also written for a dozen magazines, includung enRoute,Wine Access, WINE and Endless Vacation. His article, Sickness or Sham, won a national award from the Council for the Advancement of Education , while more than a dozen stories have been nominated for national and international writing awards by various editors. He holds a Governor-Generals' Medal from the University of King's College- the university's highest award - and degrees in science and journalism. Mr Levangie believes in the adage that time is money and distills each story into its essentials, to provide quick comprehension .

Kristina S. Robinson has nearly a decade's worth of experience writing for web sites and newspapers. Harvey L. Forstag: Director of USA Sales and Systems Development
An active member of the Ohio Bar, Mr. Forstag graduated from Capital University Law School. He also holds a B.A (Philosophy) from Ohio State University.
He enjoys a successful career in information technology, systems development, marketing and management. In these and other capacities, he has acted as Strategic Relationships Manager for such diverse organizations as the Computer Task Force, A.T.Kearney and IBM. Additionally, he was the National Solutions Sales Director with Compuware, Inc..

Annette J. Collicutt: Administration and Director of Subscriber Services
Ms. Collicutt holds a B.Comm. Degree from St. Mary’s University, Halifax, Canada, and has more than twenty years' experience in electronic publishing, government and the insurance industry.
Her specific responsibilities at ep Overviews include account management, subscriber liaison and services, conference coverage and publication delivery.

Frank V. Metzger: Publisher, CEO and Director of Product Development
Mr. Metzger was the Director of Sales, Marketing and Product Development for a major US online publisher . During his 12 - year tenure , the company and its publications experienced dynamic market penetration and growth.
This publishing industry experience, combined with thirty years of independent business ownership, instilled in him the importance of listening to his customers and responding promptly to their concerns and needs. To him, “customer service” is more than a platitude; it is the foundation of every successful business . Mr. Metzger is charged with ensuring publication quality, developing new titles, expanding subscriber benefits and services and directing corporate growth.
